  • Navigate to the Verizon Call Assistant webpage
  • Enter your username and password. 
  • Choose Calls and Messages from the left-hand tab once you have authorized Verizon 
  • Now, click on Voice Mails to access your messages. 

Also, you can forward your voice messages to your email if you are an AT&T customer. All you have to do is download the AT&T Voicemail Viewer app on your smartphone.
