Step 1: Firstly, launch the Minecraft server directory. Search for ‘Minecraft_server’ on your Windows PC. The directory will be a folder that has the Minecraft_server.exe file)

Step 2: Now select Home and click on New item.

Step 3: Click Text Document. With this, you’ll be able to make a document in the server directory.

Step 4: Enter the following in the new Text Document:

java -Xmx####M -Xms####M -exe Minecraft_Server.exe -o true


Step 5: Now, change #### in MB that you want to allocate. So, for instance, if you want to allocate 3GB RAM to your Minecraft Server, enter 3072.

Step 6: Select File and click on Save As. and ensure that your change ‘Save as type’ to ‘All Files/’ 

Click File > Save As… and change Save as type to All Files. 

Step 7: Name the file as ‘server launcher’

Step 8: Now change the extension format ‘.bat.’

Step 9: This new file created will serve as the new launcher for the Minecraft server.

Step 10: To launch it, double-click on it.
