Tech gossip mongers often rely on fan-based concept renders to churn out specifications of a smartphone that officially doesn’t exist. Today, we bring you another such rumored smartphone which is yet to be announced. Samsung has swung back into action in the realm of budget and mid-range phones, which gives other manufacturers a run for their money. Carrying the A-series forward, we got our hands on some of the amazing A90 renders.
Expected to be launched on 10th of April, A90 has seen some heavy leaks which have hyped the release for it. The specification could include a Snapdragon 7150 SoC, to be the world’s first if that’s true, a 6.7 inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and triple camera setup. To make the display edge-to-edge, A90 will be equipped with sound casting technology – which will embed the speakers in the display, something that Huawei P30 Pro has already included.
The cameras are where things get interesting. As you can see in the image above, the A90 is set to feature triple cameras in sliding and rotating mechanism, which can be used for shooting photos from front and back. The main will have a 48MP primary sensor coupled with an f/2.0 aperture while the second lens will feature an 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and a ToF sensor (Time-of-Flight, which measures the distance between the camera and the object.
Other leaked specifications include a 3,700 mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
While we can’t contain our excitement, the official launch is only two days away so will keep you abreast with all the key information regarding Samsung’s killer mid-range smartphone.
