OnePlus to launch its 7T Smartphone in India on September 26

This is that time of the year. OnePlus will show off its latest smartphone in the T series. The OnePlus 7T has long been in the rumor mill and we might know a few specifications. Now, the launched date has been confirmed. It will be unveiled in India on September 26. The Chinese manufacturer could also tease its 55-inch QLED OnePlus TV. OnePlus tweeted the news yesterday.

The phone will obviously take cues from the OnePlus 7 Pro. It will pack a 90Hz screen that its elder brother sported. It set a standard for smartphone displays. As mentioned, the event will be held on September 26 in New Delhi and later in London. The event will be live-streamed on the company’s website, as well as the official OnePlus Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube accounts. Moreover, an event for the OnePlus 7T series’ global debut will then be hosted in London on October 10.

The OnePlus 7T might sport a 6.5 inches AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and HDR10+ and the 90Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will pack a 3800mAh battery with the company’s famous 30W Warp Charger.

TheĀ OnePlus 7T Pro is rumored to pack a 6.6 inches AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC ticking alongside 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The cameras will include a setup featuring 48MP primary camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 120-degree field of view. If rumors are to be believed, both the phones might hit the shelves on October 15.
