Nvidia might unveil an all-new graphics card that will leapfrog or match its most powerful models. The Santa Clara company recently unveiled the Super RTX graphics cards which are already popular. The upcoming graphics card might give AMD a run for its money.
Nvidia has not revealed any possibilities to design a Super version of its RTX 2080 Ti but reports suggest otherwise. AIDA64, which is a system information, diagnostics and benchmarking solution for Windows, made a change in its data in the changelog regarding an ‘Nvidia GeForce RTX T10-8’ graphics card that teased a graphics processor (GPU) that could be joining Nvidia’s highly popular gaming line.
Not a lot of information is available about this Nvidia GeForce RTX T10-8 card as of now. But it is surely based on Nvidia’s TU102 die which is found in the RTX 2080 Ti and GeForce Titan RTX. It might be intended for the gaming market. The new card could be a ‘Black’ version of the GeForce Titan RTX which could of boast a faster factory clock speed or more memory. If you remember, that card uses a maxed-out TU102 die. The GeForce RTX T10-8 will be something similar to a GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super. If leaks are to be believed, it will be between these two cards as far as price and performance go.
If this card is the Super version of the RTX 2080 Ti (like Nvidia RTX 2080 Super), more CUDA cores and faster memory could be expected. There should be an increase in the performance to sway many more users. However, there shouldn’t be another Nvidia RTX 2080 Super as it has been a bit of a letdown in terms of the performance.
It will be interesting to see if Nvidia GeForce RTX T10-8 GPU will end up being the most powerful RTX card or will it live somewhere in between.
