A  family man with a remarkable back tattoo felt offended after Cardi B allegedly misused his likeness for her sexually suggestive mixtape cover art.

Kevin Michael Brophy says his back tattoo was superimposed on a male model who apparently performs oral sex on the cover of Gangsta Bitch Music Vol 1.

Cardi B, who will testify in court, is fighting the allegations and expresses that an artist used only a ‘small portion’ of the tattoo without her understanding.

Cardi B’s lawyer, Peter Anderson, said Brophy and the mixtape image are entirely unrelated. He said the model did not have tattoos on his neck, while Brophy did.

Defense filings have suggested that the model who posed for the photos was Black, while Brophy is white.

“It looks like I’m giving oral sex to somebody that’s not my wife, somebody that’s not my partner, and an image that I never signed off on. Being a father of two, a devoted husband, and a man of faith also goes against everything that I stand for, and I would never ever sign off on something like this,” Brophy told the court.

Brody had said he once thought his back tattoo featuring a tiger battling a serpent to be a “Michelangelo piece” that has since become “raunchy and disgusting.”
