Apple at its WWDC 2019 keynote announced a slew of gadgets and eye-grabbing upcoming features, which amongst them was iOS 13. The company is adding Dark Mode to the iOS 13 with some redesigned apps, performance improvements, etc.
Apple officially didn’t announce to which devices it’s extending this new upgrade but knowing Apple’s policies, we kind of know them.

If you are wondering why iPads are missing from the list, Apple has separated it from iOS and given them a totally new and different operating system – iPadOS, which brings all the iOS 13 features onboard. The OS will also get iPad-specific improvements like multi-window, drag-and-drop option, etc.
