Apple unveiled three new iPhones this year and the iPhone 11 is doing really well across the world. The iPhone 11 is off to a “very, very good start” said Apple CEO Tim Cook. He said that the pricing of the new iPhone 11 has been a big factor and the starting price of $699 is a factor in bringing more people into the market and giving people just another reason to upgrade.
The iPhone XR was launched last year and came with a price tag of Rs 76,900 whereas the iPhone 11 has a starting price of Rs 64,900. On the other hand, the iPhone 11 Pro series starts at Rs 99,900. Moreover, it was also revealed during the earnings call with the investor that Apple’s revenue from the iPhone in the last quarter was $33.4 billion.
There was a 9% year-on-year decline and that it takes into account 10 days of sales and revenue from the new iPhones.The Cupertino-based tech giant is also projecting revenue of somewhere between $85.5 billion to close to $90 billion. And it was noted that Apple at the end of the previous quarter posted revenue of $64 billion.
