Google doesn’t want you to see a few places on Google Earth!
Yes, this ain’t a joke. Google has purposely hidden a few places in its “fly anywhere” software. Don’t believe me? Search for “Volkel Air Base, The Netherlands” on Google Earth. You will see nothing but blurred pixels.
Why does Google do that? Security reasons maybe. But a few places which have been hidden do not come under this reason (Baler Lake in Canada for example).
